We offer many "after the sale or purchase" services at no charge.  These include, property surveillance, photograph updates of any remodeling projects that are on-going, showing for possible tenants, and more.  

Many of our clients are not here full time.  We become their "arms and legs" on the ground when something is needed.

Eric was fantastic!  He had everything lined up for our showing.  Very well organized.  You could tell that he did his homework before we arrived.  Eric made it very easy for us.  He was always available.  He adapted and conquered when things didn't always go as planned.  Impeccable service from both Eric and Mike!
