On this week's episode of Real Estate Done Right, Mike asks the question "Should agents be required to submit all offers to their sellers?"  The answer may seem simple, but there's a bit more that goes into it.  Legally, an agent is not required to present verbal offers to their clients.  However, ethically, it's the right thing to do.  After all, they work for you and should do their best to get you the most optimal deal, right?  There are a lot of moving parts and different angles to this topic and Mike and Mike will break down everything you need to know about what they believe the right thing to do is and what you should expect from your agent! Also, don't forget to keep sending in your topic ideas to [email protected]  We will select a topic each week and if yours is chosen, we will send you a $25 gift card to a local restaurant in our area, so stay tuned!
